• Review the governing documents for inconsistencies and recommend updates or changes to the Board
• Assist Board in presenting proposed changes to residents (if Board concurs with  committee recommendation(s), residents would then be asked to vote on proposed changes to the Covenants and By-Laws) 

Responsibilities of the Covenants Violations Committee Include:

• Determine if residents are in compliance with the Covenants
• Develop and recommend procedures to ensure compliance with Covenants
• Determine if Covenants are being enforced in a fair and responsible manner
